“Dan and I are sooooo incredibly grateful for the support of the Worth the Wait grant funding. Receiving this support means so much to us and we were able to use it help fund the transfer fees for our amazing surrogate!! No one ever wants to hear the “C” cancer word but I am lucky to have the support and help from my amazing husband, family, friends, and village.
When we found out that my brain cancer was slow growing back in early 2021 we were lucky to be connected with an IVF agency who helped us quickly save eggs so that I could meet the timeline of joining an incredible trial that provided less invasive options for reoccurring Brain Tumors. There have been so many costs associated with my healthcare alone and this wonderful gift truly helped lighten the load and made our dream of starting a family that much more of a reality! Words truly don’t convey our gratitude but thank you, thank you, thank you!!”
